Legal questions about contracts?

I have a question about my contract. Unfortunately, this will not be extended after 3x temporarily. Now I had to sign a form that October 21st would be my last day of work. I did this. Now the schedule is being taken out and my last day of work is not until November 4th.

If you have agreed that October 21st is your last working day, you can hold your employer to it. I would like to make a note.
