I sent my smartphone from brand A for repair within the warranty period. Paid for express service, it would be returned repaired the next day. This is done by B, an external party. It soon became clear that the part was not in stock, it took longer. A few days later it turns out that brand A will take over the case, but this takes longer than expected, no indication possible. A reference number is being awaited, but there is no indication of this either. What are my rights as a consumer? I understand that it may take longer, but this situation is annoying. I am very dependent on my phone, have to use it daily.
