Yes, you are entitled to all wages. The only problem is that the employer can no longer/may no longer pay this. When the employer goes bankrupt you must do 2 things: 1. file the claim in the bankruptcy with the trustee. Usually this yields little; 2. file an application under article 61 WW at the UWV. The UWV will then pay the wages over the last 13 weeks, the notice period, vacation days over the last 12 months, etc. You will often be reimbursed for everything.
