The consequences of permission for the CBR

Questioner

I have a question about terminating the alcohol lock So I have to fill out a personal declaration and contact a psychiatrist (costs approximately 350 euros). then I will have a blood and urine test. that is no problem but I am asked if I want to give permission for information to my treating physician Does this mean my GP or a specialist? am i obliged to do that? because the CBR wants that in order to have a complete report to complete Doesn't this fall under violation of privacy? and if i don't give permission?

This investigation is rather annoying, because yes, your privacy is violated, but if you do not cooperate (fully), the chance of a negative report and therefore invalidation of your driving license is greater. I can well imagine that you do not feel like giving full permission to consult your doctor(s). You can ask the CBR how far the permission should go and then make a decision. Then at least you know where you stand.
