My question is as follows, I would like to apply for assistance, but I live in a residential group, so I wonder if I will have to deal with the cost-sharing standard? There is no commercial contract, only the consent of the co-resident of the 'main tenant'. We have an account together from which we pay minor maintenance, the rest is arranged by the foundation. We share the kitchen and bathroom. Maybe there are other possibilities, it is the case that I want to report sick, but I do not have an official employee, I work 3 days as a babysitter and declare this under other income with the tax authorities, so I am not entitled to unemployment benefits if I stop working. I am also not eligible for disability benefits because I suffer from unexplained chronic fatigue (CFS) Who can help me? Thanks in advanceLawyer
The conditions to fall outside this standard are that you have housemates who are under 21 or that you have a contract. Students who are entitled to student finance or BBL'ers. I recommend exploring the possibility of a contract.Neem de volgende stap
