Due to employee vacation, this job was offered to me. I received a 7-month contract with a 1-month trial period. I was promised to work at another location after 4 weeks (not written in black and white). This promise was not kept and I was fired during my trial period, on my last at that location. I was always not informed that it turned out to be only for 4 weeks. i was fired for the reason that they said, we don't need you. further complaints were not made known. now my question is is this just possible? because in my opinion they knew this in advance. because a 7 month contract may have a 1 month trial period but not with a 6 month contract.

Unfortunately, your employer is allowed to terminate within the notice period. I recommend recording agreements in a document.
