Rights in Secondment: Equivalent Function

I have a permanent employment contract with a temporary employment agency. After two years, my work with my current client will be terminated. My temporary employment agency will therefore have to find a new assignment for me. To what extent am I entitled to an equivalent function? Can I, at least temporarily, refuse a lower function, or do I have to accept all assignments that are offered to me? It has already been indicated that finding an equivalent position will be very difficult.
