Recording a loan after divorce - Legal aid centre

My parents recently divorced and my dad has a new girlfriend. Someone I don't know yet. Now my father has given me a loan after the divorce which I pay back according to my ability. We want to record this (for the sake of clarity and openness towards my brothers). What I want to avoid is that when my father dies, this debt will be transferred to my father's new girlfriend. Can it be recorded in writing that the loan will expire upon my father's death?
