For my HBO law education we have to analyze an internal company. In the chapter 'legal components' we come across the General Rent Act. Below is an explanation of the project component: 'As a restaurant, they have to adhere to various rules, including the provisions included in the General Rental Act. (????) There are no special laws, but there is a risk premium from the kitchen. Because it is a catering establishment, there is an increased risk, which means the premium for fire insurance is higher.' On the internet I only find laws that have to do with rental agreements. Nothing substantive about the General Rental Act. My question is, what exactly does the General Rent Act entail? What is stated in this law?
