Assistance with Opium Act penalty order

I would like some help regarding a penalty notice regarding the Opium Act. On July 2nd I was asked to empty my pockets at a festival and I fully cooperated. I had <1 unit of GHB and 1 capsule of 6apb (benzo fury). As far as I know this is permissible. However, during my statement I was told that the capsule of 6apb contained heroin, I was very shocked by this and this was also included in the statement. After further testing they came to the same conclusion and I was removed from the festival. That same week I had the 6apb, which I had ordered via the internet, tested in Arnhem. The conclusion was that it contained traces of Methylone (also a legal substance). I have just received my penalty notice for 375 euros, which I obviously do not agree with, I suspect that they did not test the 6apb in a lab as promised. If possible I would like to receive help with my challenge to bring it to a successful conclusion. Thank you in advance.
