Legal advice on pensions and working hours
Questioner
As a foundation, we are dependent on government subsidies. This subsidy is reduced annually. My employer is forced to reduce 17%. In 2017, the working hours of the 4 employees will be reduced. This also has consequences for my pension. With my 28 years of service, I will be reduced the same as my colleagues with 8 years of service. Is this fair?Lawyer
In principle, you will have a higher pension if you have worked more. To keep it that way, another portion must be deducted. I recommend sending a note to your employer.Neem de volgende stap
