Six months ago I discovered that Vodafone was undercharging me. My TV was charged but not my internet (difference 32.50 euros). I called about this several times, they had no idea how it could happen and it would be resolved. After 6 months it was still not resolved. Then I got a bill for 225 euros. I have requested a payment plan for this (I have this in writing), because I refuse to pay this in one go. Last weekend I received an email saying that I would be blocked because I had not yet paid the 225 euros and that they would send a collection agency. Because I have that payment arrangement in writing, I don't have to worry about a collection agency, right? And my next question is: am I obliged to pay this? In my eyes Vodafone has failed. They could have written off the costs but did not do so (after several phone calls). Thank you.Lawyer
If you adhere to the payment arrangement, I do not understand why the claim is now suddenly due again. Furthermore, you were of course able to use the services, so I think your argument that Vodafone is in default is correct, but that does not justify that you do not have to pay the consideration unless the service has been suspended or is poor/defective.Neem de volgende stap
