After the opening in September, they asked me if I wanted to be present 3 days a week to coach the ladies. I sent an invoice for all these days (excluding my travel expenses and parking costs). In addition, I ordered items for the interior and paid for them in advance. Here I sent her the invoices with the request to pay them (regarding the articles there are 3 invoices, before that she had 4 and she just paid them) Now she just doesn't want to pay my invoices. I heard from a lady who works there that she said that she really isn't going to pay me because she doesn't know anything about it and for what. After several emails, phone calls and registered letters, I have handed this over to a collection agency. My question to you is whether she can just refuse to pay me? (and I'm not the only one she doesn't want to pay) She signed the quote (of which she has already paid 50%), I have done additional work at her request.
