They then decided on a sanction in which the events outside the park (trespassing) were not included in this decision, reasoning that this did not happen in the association atmosphere.\n\n My question is whether this is legally correct or whether these decisions should legally be included in the decision on sanctions.\n \nFYI: All parties involved are members of the same association, no third parties were involved\n\n\u003ch4\u003e Lawyer\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\n This is in principle correct because it concerns sanctions that apply to members committed within the domain of the association. Trespassing is a crime that will be punished through criminal law and does not directly apply to the association, although the association is free to suspend the member in question (for a long period) or even expel them depending on the misconduct.
