I do not suffer from psychological problems and that is why I think a work capacity assessment is more of a burden for me. Moreover, I have said that my manager is in the company doctor's chair. If the company doctor has first advised me to cooperate, then I will do so, but they know that I am often in pain and then cannot keep up with the days. Depending on this, you must cooperate with the to be conducted work capacity examination, however difficult this may be for you. If you do not agree with the company doctor or employer, you can request a second opinion from the UWV. You do have to cooperate in an assessment commissioned by the company doctor (Arboarts0\n\n The ArboDienst deals with the question of whether or not you are ill. The employer is not allowed to investigate the illness. In fact, you do not even have to tell the employers what is wrong with you.\n\n Do you have rheumatism or fibromyalgia (fm)?
