That invoice causes a lot of uncertainty and also increases every year by at least 25% or more. To what extent is this legally allowed? It is important whether and of what you have become the owner and in what way it has been arranged how the 'park costs (fixed and variable) are borne. As you describe it, I expect that more owners of holiday homes will be unpleasantly surprised.
