She let me know this today via whatsapp.\n\n She has just let me know that as far as she is concerned we can take further measures. She indicates 'we will seek legal advice and come back to this'. This is only different if the sofa is not good or the seller has informed you incorrectly. It depends on what the parties intended and what agreements were made about the down payment.
