And he suddenly wants me to come to work on Friday afternoon and then stay home on Monday afternoon, because otherwise a colleague would be alone on Friday afternoon, but this is his own fault, he recently had a colleague transferred to another place because he said something he didn't like. I can't work on Friday afternoon because my child has the day off and I don't have a babysitter either, the same goes for Saturday afternoon. My colleague has no problem with being alone on Friday afternoon. Now he says that there is no more work for me on Monday afternoon, while he gives someone else extra hours that are not necessary. He can also use students and assistants. He can't just take hours off my contract. And can he just schedule me on other days without consultation. Above the company manager is still the P and O of the company or am I wrong.
