They are now going to place me one scale lower as of 1 January 2013, but in a step where the salary remains the same. However, I am now at the top of this scale, while I could have been higher in the other scale. There will probably also be a change in the collective labour agreement for our sector (now Welfare and Social Services and this will then become the collective labour agreement for childcare), so I suspect that this has something to do with it. Is an employer allowed and able to do this?\n\n\u003ch4\u003e Lawyer\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\n\n\n An obvious error may be corrected by the employer.
