I just cooperated and gave the phone to them. Had nothing to hide. 3 months later they gave me my phone back, the 2 officers came to my house and gave me the phone with the clear message that if it is broken, everything will be reimbursed and that you will get a new phone at our expense. He also told the officer that we had a box that we will be reimbursed for such things, I believed him and thought okay, that's fine. After they left, I turned on my phone. And did nothing more. The phone was completely broken, even though it was half a year old. The next day it was immediately struck down and the officer I had contact with said, buy me a new phone, same type and brand, and send the receipt to the police station. I said okay, I did it right away. And 4 months later, I haven't heard anything, a year later, I haven't heard anything, I thought I'll send him an email again. He said I'm no longer in that business. I said who should I contact. He said ma'am... I called her and she said you only get half reimbursed. I said that's not the agreement, everything was reimbursed.
