After ten years, you are the owner of this land. The municipality argues that you should have known otherwise and are therefore not the rightful owner. However, after 20 years of inauthentic possession, the possessor has also become the owner by the statute of limitations of the long-term legal action. You should therefore invoke the statute of limitations for short-term possession (10 years) and the statute of limitations for long-term possession.
