It's said we slept in for a long time during one of our night shifts. We were there, but our employer saw the footage, prompting him to give us a verbal (written) warning. This warning will be included in our personnel file. However, we didn't see the footage, and the client in question refuses to release it. In my view, this stems from good employer practices, which the employer must observe. If other measures were to be taken, such as a transfer or something similar, the question is of course also whether they are justified\/proportionate. Furthermore, it is questionable whether the filmmaker acted lawfully by providing the film to your employer.
