The Occupational Health and Safety Service can\/must assess whether the offered work is suitable. The employer may not do this themselves.\n\r \nWorking for another employer while sick isn't practical, especially if your employer isn't informed. I therefore advise you to stop doing so.\n\n Working for another employer can, under certain circumstances, be grounds for dismissal (with immediate effect).
