We can place them on the left (closer) of a driveway or on the right. If we place them on the left, the neighbor of the house adjacent to the driveway will move them. He'll place them in the middle of a parking space or even on the sidewalk. The ongoing debate is getting heated.\n He claims the driveway (in front of the sidewalk) is his property. We say it's a public road and we're therefore allowed to place our container there.\n Our container does not block any passage, does not create a dangerous situation and therefore does not cause any nuisance.\n It's pure bullying from a frustrated man.\n Who is in the right?\n\u003ch4\u003e Questioner\u003c\/h4\u003e \nYou, like everyone else, must adhere to the designated bin locations for your municipality. We (no. 9) place our container next to our neighbors' containers (11 and 13). These same neighbors share the driveway. The driveway provides access to numbers 11 and 13.
