Article 2, paragraph 21 Annex II mentions 'another building in the front or back yard area, provided that the following requirements are met:\n\n a. not higher than 1 m, and\n\n b. the surface area not exceeding 2 m2'.\n\n A chicken coop or something similar is not named as a building in all previous articles, so it can be considered as 'another building'.
