Usually, there is a longer guarantee period.\n\n It also makes a difference if poor work has been delivered. Warranty basically covers normal events\/or problems that arise during normal use.\n \nIf there are hidden defects, in most cases a longer warranty period of 5 years or more applies. This depends on the case, but based on your story it seems at first glance that there are possibilities to address the entrepreneur.\n\n A lawyer can usually work on a (partial) 'no cure no pay' basis.
