Damp in bathroom of rental property.

For years we have been telling landlord Welbions that the bathroom is so damp that the walls are moldy. Every time they come they have a different story; then the ventilation is not good or we are not ventilating it properly. This keeps on muddling along without a solution. The drainage of the shower drain is also not good, water does not drain properly, resulting in water entering the kitchen. Last week we reported another leaking tap and it is also taking far too long to fix it.
