What may I declare in a sworn statement?

I am in the process of cancelling a Timeshare contract, now after much communication I have finally received a document from the USA to return the 'ownership' to the timeshare organization, a so-called 'deed in lieu of foreclosure' document. They also ask you to complete a sworn statement, which contains the question below (I have translated it into Dutch, see below). "I have never worked with any timeshare exit company, attorney or law firm in furtherance of my efforts to obtain either the cancellation of or a deed of release in connection with the Transaction." Now in the past I entered into a contract with a fraudulent company that would arrange timeshare termination, this never happened and the owners of that company are currently in court for fraud. Now my question is should I label this company as a timeshare exit company, because this does not appear to be a legitimate company
