Can we cancel a signed kitchen quote?

At keukenkampioen we signed a quote for a kitchen. The next morning we regretted it and immediately called to cancel. Then immediately sent an email to keukenkampioen. They said that we would have to pay 30% cancellation costs. However, we only paid a deposit of 50 euros because of a barbecue that we would get with it. They have no expenses in our opinion. What are our rights here? Are there any tips?

This also depends on what is stated in any general terms and conditions (and whether these were legally provided or whether you were able to take note of them). It also depends on whether you signed/ordered in person or via the internet.
