I have a question about how I should proceed in order to be able to leave my employer. I became sick in 2021 due to a double hernia, I underwent surgery for this, recovery was difficult. On the advice of the occupational health and safety service, I went back to work. I work in transport as a truck driver. Now the work does not take into account what the occupational health and safety service advised, I have indicated several times that the journeys are too long and too far, but no response is given. Now there have been phone conversations with the employer and me and with the planner and me. The employer has often stated that he no longer has confidence in it and the planner said that I better look for another job and that this is no longer working like this. I was shocked by that and let everything sink in and I also came to the conclusion that I actually don't want to work for them anymore. I think the way they treat staff is unacceptable. Now I would like to know what I can do best. So I just want to get out of there and I have the idea that they want to get rid of me too. If I resign I will lose all my rights and then I have to pay back the courses that I have followed that I need for my work. Is there anything that I can imagine that the employment contract of indefinite duration be terminated so that I still have the right to UWV and that I do not have to pay back the courses.
