Can my employer schedule me for multiple hours during rehabilitation?

I work in healthcare, have a contract of 16 hours per week. I am scheduled for multiple hours per week, 27, 28 or 32 hours in a week and then you get a week with 3.5 hours that you have to work. I was ill after an injury and now I am working, I am not allowed to work more than 4 hours a day and I can see how it goes. I am an athlete and it went better than my doctor physio and I expected. Could not walk, after 3 months of perseverance it went again. I am working and am forced to work 27.5 hours a week, and I am still recovering. From work I had to go to the occupational health physician, drove 45 minutes to the main building for a meeting with the occupational health physician. I was told that she was not working again and that there was no appointment planned for today and I had that invitation in writing. I also paid for the parking garage. I had to go to my team leader to say that it was not going to happen. He had also received a cc of my invitation. I asked him who is going to pay for my mileage and parking garage, but I didn't get an answer. Now I get an email from him that if I don't work those services, that it can be a problem to terminate the contract. I sent him an email that I'm going to work and that he is responsible if it goes wrong with me and that I'm going to stand up for my rights. I now have an invitation that he's going to try to get us to sit down at the table this week. My question is, I have a contract of 16 hours per week, how many hours per week can I work, because 27 to 32 per week is not possible?

The basis is that the contract is a contract. If this is for 16 hours, then you are not obliged to work more than the contract hours. There may be exceptions, but only if this is agreed upon in writing. Given the number of questions, I think it would be a good idea to call each other without obligation.
