What can I do with my ex's motorcycle?

My ex and I have been separated since October 2021, but his motorcycle has been in my backyard for a number of years and is broken, won't start anymore. He refuses to cooperate and come and pick up the motorcycle. I have asked him several times via email etc., but every time it ends in frustration and he then ignores me. We had a long distance relationship. What can I do?

You could summon the ex to ensure that his motorcycle is removed from your garden within, say, two weeks. You should also state that otherwise your ex will be liable for all resulting damages. If he still does not cooperate, you could consider starting proceedings with the subdistrict court with the aim of removing it under penalty of a penalty (and possible compensation).
