Debt collection coaching session?

In the past I purchased a coaching program of 7 sessions for 1500 euros, but I only had 3 sessions. I asked if I could get a refund of 500 euros. First the story was that he was no longer in that industry and now the story is that it was purchased too long ago. There are no conditions mentioned anywhere and therefore no expiry date. He also agreed with this in a voice memo. In addition, the invoice states that I would receive a coaching session from the NAAM team. Again, nothing is mentioned about what the coaching would entail. I asked if I could then receive the session on influencer marketing. But that is not possible. I would like to send a direct debit with the proposal to refund the amount. Could you help me with this?

If you have not received what was agreed, the other party is not fulfilling its agreements. Normally, they should be summoned to do so within a reasonable period. If this does not happen, the agreement can be (partially) dissolved and money can be reclaimed. Sometimes the right to dissolve arises earlier.
