In September this year I came home and I saw that he had the heating set to 26 degrees and the windows were open, I spoke to him about his behavior and that this was not acceptable, each time he gave a different excuse. Since mid-September, other residents have complained to me every day about his behavior, he uses drugs and drug dealers come to the door to deliver stuff. Moreover, he scares people that if they report this to us, those drug dealers will abuse them. Often agreed that the front door should not be left open, he indicated that his cat always wants to go in and out, so the door must always be open!
