Dismissal due to conflict with customer?

I am on inactive status because I had a conflict at the door with my work. I work at NAME COMPANY. I was kicked at the door by a boy and then pushed him away and told him not to kick, now the mother says that I hit, it was filmed by a doorbell they say and now I am waiting at home and am afraid that I will be fired after almost 43 years of employment, what can I do about this?
