Dissolution of driving school lesson package?

Our daughter (20) has taken out a lesson package at a driving school with 1 instructor. When we took out the package, we discussed the fact that she has ADHD (and dyslexia) and that we did not know whether it would work. We would work it out together. In the meantime, our daughter has already had a stomach ache the day before the driving lesson, and I have already explained it to the instructor. Now we can cancel according to the conditions, but according to the lady, there is no right to a refund. I myself come to more than €800. She still has 12 lessons to go, and has not taken a theory exam, interim test or practical exam. Does such a situation have a chance of success in a subdistrict court?
