I booked an apartment through NAME SITE for 2024, paid the first deposit of €150.00, when I asked that I wanted a rental agreement, I was told that this was not necessary because he was too busy for it and everything could be read via messages. This escalated into messages back and forth. What should I do now to get the 150 euros back?Lawyer
