It is therefore important to read them carefully. Usually it states that the board of the foundation is responsible for the continuation and dissolution of the foundation.\n\n 2) If the foundation board is guilty of mismanagement, you can ask the court to dismiss directors on the basis of article 298 book 2 Civil Code. However, something is needed to substantiate something like that.\n\n 3)The employees can independently set up similar activities outside the foundation and thus continue themselves.
