Authority and alimony after marriage of new partner?

I am going to marry my current partner soon. I have a daughter from a previous relationship of 5 years. Father has custody and has been awarded alimony by the court, but sees the child irregularly and we do not have co-parenting. Suppose if I die or something happens, what are my rights as a mother to keep her in the Netherlands with my future husband? Because the father has co-authority over your daughter, your daughter will remain under his authority, even after your death. Your new partner has no parental authority, so he cannot take your daughter to Poland without your permission (or that of the father).
