Filing an objection to a police decision?

I have recently been a victim of investment fraud. I have already reported it to the institution, the fraud helpdesk, the bank and filed a report with the police. The police have decided to close my case early. However, I want them to investigate the case further, especially since the institution in question is still active. Furthermore, I need help to possibly receive compensation from the bank in connection with the considerable damage suffered.
