My husband had an accident in Germany last week. He is still in the hospital there in Germany. Now my question is, if he wants to return to the Netherlands without the doctor in Germany giving permission, is he still insured and can the costs still be reimbursed by the insurance if he were to return without the permission of the doctor in Germany?Lawyer
