Rights and obligations in case of illness?

Questioner

I graduated from HBO communication and started my first job. I have been working for this company since March 2023 and after the trial period the atmosphere within the organization became increasingly grim and unsafe. I indicated several times that I was bothered by the way employees, and myself, were treated and the tone of communication. This was dismissed with the advice not to take it personally. With increasing physical and emotional complaints, I reported sick on Thursday July 13th on the advice of the GP, to take complete rest to prevent worse and to wait for a meeting with the Arbo case manager and then draw up a follow-up plan. That same day, all passwords for my accounts were blocked and I was asked to hand in my laptop the following Monday and was repeatedly urged to have a meeting. The meeting with the case manager has now taken place with the same advice and the meeting with the Arbo doctor will follow immediately after my vacation. Today, Thursday July 20th until 30/7, my vacation started. Until today there has been no rest and the stress and associated complaints are high. Yesterday evening I received a final email in which a completely different story is outlined, I am again requested to have a conversation with her on 31/7 and I am accused of breach of confidentiality. I quote: 'Finally, I unfortunately feel compelled to point out to you article 10.1 of our employment contract. I have heard (via employees of our company) that you have not adhered to this confidentiality obligation and have discussed matters with third parties where the nature of that conversation was very negative towards the company. I will not go into this in detail for now, because I do not (yet) know all the details.' Article 10.1: Both during and after termination of employment, the employer is obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding all business affairs concerning the employer and concerning the employer's business relations, in the broadest sense of the word. Violation of this provision during employment will be considered urgent grounds for summary dismissal, without prejudice to the right to claim full compensation. In the event of violation of this provision after termination of employment, the employer will exercise its right to claim full compensation. What are my rights and obligations and what can I expect in terms of consequences with regard to the duty of confidentiality. What should I do?
