Action against fraudulent employer?

My former employer, where I was supposed to start working, provided me with an incorrect employment contract, with incorrect information. For example, the gentleman stated that he was affiliated with a collective labor agreement and a pension scheme, which turned out to be incorrect after checking. There was no payment term stated in terms of salary, vacation days, etc. It was a contract for 7 months, including a 1-month trial period. This contract stated that if the employer were to lose his client, I would automatically no longer have work and the contract would end immediately. The salary was also incorrect and I never received a payslip. The gentleman now indicates that this was done digitally, for which I did not give any permission at all. The gentleman requested via WhatsApp that I should come to the office where I could collect the salary in cash (paid black). And there are a few more things that are incorrect in the contract. Also in terms of carrying out the (cleaning) work, the gentleman asked me to do the entire week with 2 cloths and 1 mop, which I had to rinse out daily. The work had to take place in a food processing production kitchen with HACCP controls. I worked for 1 week
