I placed an order that was promised to include a promotional product. I received my order and never received the promotional product. Package has been lost. The parcel service sent me an email in writing stating that the seller must resend and that an investigation is taking place between both parties. Supplier refuses to deliver promotional product. If I want to cancel the agreement on the grounds of deception, this purchase will cost me more money than with the supplier. Can I hold the supplier liable for this? Is the supplier liable for the additional costs I will incur? I look forward to hearing from you.
