Termination of agreement and refund of deposit?

I have a dispute regarding the purchase of solar panels/down payment. Following many negative reports about the company, I would like to cancel the agreement and get my deposit back. The employee/owner is very difficult to reach and constantly fails to keep agreements. Below is a brief explanation of how the agreement/communication works. 17-1-2023 Accepted an offer for solar panels 18-1-2023 Deposit paid 20-6-2023 First appointment placement 25-5-2023 Received an email that the placement has been moved to 24-7-2023 (9:00) 18-7-2023 SMS sent to the owner requesting termination of the agreement and refund of the deposit due to non-compliance with the agreement. (No response) 7-18-2023 Visited the company **** to cancel the contract and have the deposit refunded (without result). 18-7-2023 The agreement was that the owner would call me at 8:00 PM to find a solution. 20:15 called myself since I was not called. Short conversation owner needed more time and would call me 45 minutes later. 21:00 no call back. 21:30 after 7 times calling finally the owner on the line without result. Deadline for cancellation and refund postponed to 19-7-2023 at 20:00 at the latest 19-7-2023 No response received and no refund either. Not reachable by phone 21-7-2023 Appointment phone call not kept by ****. Called myself, no decision. Saturday before 12 o'clock I would be called by ****. 22-7-2023 No call from **** himself, rang the bell again, no decision. Decision by Monday 24-7-2023 at the latest. Monday a team would be at the door at 9:00 am 24-7-2023 No employees seen. Someone reached by phone. Eventually spoke to someone but he couldn't do anything and went to pass it on. My question is how can I get out of this agreement and most importantly how would I like my deposit back?
