Copper horse does not keep to agreements
Questioner
I recently sold two horses. The contract stated, among other things: The seller will be kept informed of where the horses will stay in the future. The contract was signed by the buyer. Now one of the horses was sold after 6 weeks, I can't do anything about that, but the buyer refuses to give me the address where this horse is now. According to the buyer, the new buyers don't want this, but I doubt that story. The buyer lives in Germany, is Dutch but lives just across the border. The horse was probably sold in Germany, I only received some photos. Can I, and if so, how can I get the buyer to inform me of the horse's current location?Lawyer
Agreements in the contract must be fulfilled, otherwise you have the right to dissolve or annul the agreement with all consequential damages in a claim to the buyer. It is important that a default or notice of default is notified to the buyer. I am prepared to lend you a helping hand with this. You may also contact me further.Neem de volgende stap
