How to cancel purchase and request a refund?

On July 25, 2023, I bought tickets for a 'band name' concert in 2024 in Rome via the site 'site name', the amount involved was 478.55. I myself did not know that this was a pre-sale, but I assumed that this was a legitimate sale. This was partly because they already offered a row and section number in the stadium where the concert will take place. After paying by credit card, I got a bad feeling about this and sent an email within 24 hours in which I cancelled the purchase. In this I indicated what my order number was, the amount involved and the date involved. I soon got a response back that this was not possible. 'Company name' states the following in their general terms and conditions; 1.2 Ticket Exchange. 'company name' provides a service that enables members who want to buy tickets ('Buyers') to find members who want to sell tickets ('Sellers'). 'company name' takes no responsibility for the relevant ticket and the actual transactions take place between the Buyers and the Sellers. Once the buyer and seller have entered into a transaction, all transactions are covered by the 'company name' guarantee. However, there was no salesperson present as the ticket sales had not yet started. To solve this, I contacted the service department of my credit card provider. These employees give different answers. Employee 1 indicated that I always have the right to cancel the purchase and employee 2 indicated that this is due to their general terms and conditions. The general terms and conditions on their site do not make me any wiser, and they are also very difficult to find. Here is the link to the general terms and conditions; 'site name'. So my question is whether I have the right to cancel or whether I can get my money back in another way?

When purchasing via the internet, it is not possible for consumers to hold a product or get a demonstration.
