I am renting out a house. The tenant makes everything very difficult and unnecessary and she also goes to a lawyer who works for her for free because her income is too low. It is more about calculation and conditions of a rental contract, everything is clearly stated in the contract, but then it happens that it is not so and she thinks like that, and that lawyer also comes along and bothers me and sends me email after email. I must emphasize that everything is unjustified. As a landlord I have no help and if I hire a lawyer, it costs money and I cannot pay this and it is also a waste, because I know that it is not justified. My question: can I recover the hours that I spend on this settlement from her? Let alone that it causes so much unrest and stress.
