How can I cancel a Lebara subscription?

My sister-in-law passed away in early 2023. She had a phone subscription with Lebara. Of course my brother cancelled it immediately, he even sent the death certificate as proof. Lebara keeps asking for money, they have handed it over and recently my brother received a reminder from Cannock in the name of his deceased wife (!). How on earth can we solve this so that it stops?
