Personal injury dispute

Questioner

In June 2021 I had a car accident through no fault of my own. This means that I have been declared more than 26% incapacitated by the UWV because I can only use my left arm for 30%. I have a disagreement with my personal injury advisor because I feel that my physical limitations, which will affect me for the rest of my life, are not being taken into account. My old job for which I have my papers is now too physically demanding, which means that I can only get work for which I have no training, which means that I will miss out on income until my retirement, but they only want to supplement my income for 1 year. I would like some advice on how to best approach this

Filing a complaint or claim is entirely dependent on the specific situation. For a clearer picture, I recommend explaining your situation to a lawyer or attorney. They can assist you in this process. However, I can give you some general steps for filing a personal injury claim or complaint: 1. Evaluation: Carefully assess the situation and determine whether you have a valid reason to file a personal injury claim or complaint. Consider all relevant details and evidence before filing a claim or complaint. 2. Documentation: Document all relevant details of the event as accurately as possible. This may include: photographs of the injury, medical reports, witness statements, police reports, and the like. 3. Consult an expert: Consult a legal expert, such as a lawyer, for guidance on filing a claim or complaint. They can advise you based on your specific situation and ensure that you act correctly under the law. 4. Legal Action: Take the necessary legal steps to file your claim or complaint. This may include writing a complaint letter, requesting a trial or conclusion meeting, and filing legal documents. 5. Following the procedure: After filing the claim or complaint, you participate in the legal process, which may include negotiations, litigation, arbitration, etc. Remember that each case is unique and requires a different approach. A personal consultation with an attorney or legal expert can help you determine the best choice for your situation.

I have read your response and the insurer is checking that you are not at fault for this accident. This means that you should be fully compensated for the damage. Permanent injury cannot be dealt with with one year of compensation. It may be advisable to hire another personal injury claims handler. It seems that your claims handler is not entirely on your side, but on that of the insurer. The claims handler must always be on the side of his client. If you contact me further via: groenewegenjuristen@gmail.com or via this platform I can provide you with further information or directly take over the file for a second opinion. I look forward to hearing from you. Greetings, Mr. Groenewegen, J.
